LEND7 will have a 7-year project cycle, meaning the real estate developers will have a right to buy back their property every 7 years. Apart from giving access to small investors to invest in real estate assets, LEND7 will closely collaborate with its community. Led by the vision to continuously donate its profit to charity organizations, LEND7 will support cancer treatment centers, people with special needs, and medical research.
