William "Bill" Davis III

Bill Davis is a tenacious technology executive with over 15 years of leadership experience working with companies involved in blockchain, cryptocurrency, mobile payments, and big data. Since 2015, he has been a managing director at LDJ Capital where he advises hundreds of investors, VCs, and angels in developing strategies and tactics for resource allocation in the new smart economy. He also sits on a half dozen boards (director and advisory) across the mobile payment, blockchain and technology industries. Prior to joining LDJ, Bill has held C level and director level positions across fortune 500 and startup fintech companies where he provided leadership that resulted in financial, technical, operational, and most importantly cultural work ethic transformation for the companies that he worked for. Bill has managed companies, implemented major projects, drastically improved business performances, and raised millions of dollars for Fintech and Blockchain companies. His tenacity coupled with his work ethic has earned him the “Go-To” label by many C-level executives and board members that are facing financial and operational difficulty with their companies. Some of Bill's biggest accomplishments include implementing a strategy that helped American Express with $3bn in earnings while most of their competitors suffered heavy losses during the 2008 credit crisis and helping Daopay generate 9 figure annual returns by closing deals with Visa, Facebook, and Zynga. Apart from business, Bill has a love for music/sports. In his free time he enjoys mentoring urban youth, athletes and artists in both New York and Miami as well as recording content (Music/Video) addressing urban challenges in North and South America.
