GEORGE MOLAKAL

George currently manages a Fund from Chicago that has a portfolio of companies across multiple continents. These companies range from Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Investment Banking and HR Solutions. George has a wide international experience in Mergers and Acquisitions having done cross-border transactions over the last decade in several continents with focus from North America to South Asia and MENSEA. Aside from his special expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, George is involved in private equity and venture capital transactions, executing billion-dollar buyout transactions. He has a variety of exposure working with the Government, Public Sector, WHO, NGO’s and Private Sectors.
