Nigeria is Africa's biggest economy and its largest city, Lagos. Lagos is a thriving metropolis with a booming tech scene. When selecting a location for Blockchain Africa, Lagos was the ideal location. Bitcoin and Blockchain have a wide adoption here and there are many exchanges, telecomms, banks and other large firms getting involved. The Blockchain start-up scene is world class and Nigeria is an ideal market to test and grow Blockchain based services. Blockchain Africa in Lagos is an unmissable event in a dynamic cosmopolitan city.

This will be 24th Blockchain Conference/Summit.

In 2015, we launched the first Blockchain Conference in London. Our aim was to bring senior figures in finance, tech, government, venture capital and start-ups into a room and discuss Blockchain/DLT beyond Bitcoin. Shortly after that, we took the show on the road to New York, Hong Kong, Dublin, Amsterdam, Washington D.C., San Francisco and Tel Aviv. This is the first of our series in Africa.
