Women in Tech

Women in Tech® is a global movement committed to bridging the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). With chapters in over 50 countries across six continents, the organization empowers women and girls to thrive in the tech industry through education, advocacy, and community-building efforts.

The organization runs a variety of impactful programs, including digital skills training, leadership development, mentorship opportunities, and entrepreneurship support. These initiatives are designed to equip women with the tools and confidence needed to pursue careers in tech, take on leadership roles, or build their own startups.

Women in Tech® also works closely with governments, educational institutions, and private sector companies to create more inclusive policies and environments.
