Our Mission

To promote Access to Justice to all Kenyans. Article 48 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 requires the State to ensure Access to Justice for all persons and, if any fee is required, it shall be reasonable and shall not impede Access to Justice. Sheria Online users can access our vast legal Network of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya. To promote Access to Legal Information to all Kenyans. Article 35 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 provides that every citizen has the right of access information held by the State and information held by another person and required for the exercise or protection of any right or fundamental freedom.
