Yury Vasilyev

An accomplished business leader, with over twenty years experience as an entrepreneur, lawyer and economist in the UK, Israel and Russia. Before founding www.audar.io, Mr. Vasilyev spearheaded corporate realignments and strategic M&A activity for large corporates and institutional investors. He is an expert at identifying strategic opportunities for investors and managing closing activities. As CEO of www.audar.io, Mr. Vasilyev is responsible for strategic direction, operations and risk analysis of all deals on the platform, to ensure investors receive maximum returns while keeping downside capital risk low. Mr. Vasilyev is an experienced financial entrepreneur and is the co-founder of Symfonie Capital, a London-based financial advisory firm and industry leader in Central & Eastern Europe. He now served on the Advisory Board. He is also responsible for co-founding MADA Energie, a successful clean-tech startup based in America and Israel. Before working with Symfonie Capital, he was a Founding Director of the Audar group of companies, which provides accounting, advisory and legal research services to businesses and governments in Russia. Under his leadership, Audar developed one of Russia’s largest and most comprehensive databases of legal opinions, legislation and regulations. Mr. Vasilyev has PhD in Economics from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy.
