• numerous private placements of both debt and equity securities
Competition Law
• obtaining approvals for mergers in the a wide range of sectors
• advising a technology company being investigated by the Competition Bureau for abuse of dominance

• advising an international financial institution in connection with its handling of personal information
• advising a medical services provider on the privacy law implications of its business model and practices
