HASH RENTAL is a decentralized hashing power market-place that connects the sellers (miners) of the hashing power with buyers through smart contracts and decentralized Escrow.

PROS:

• The use of smart contracts enables the users to carry out safe and secure exchange  of the LUH Coins, hashing power with  other cryptocurrencies  with one another
• The users can easily resolve their  disputes in the event that a dispute arises between them as the platform use enables them to  choose a trusted mediator  to resolve the disputes without  favoring anybody
• The platform use is simple and user-friendly as it enables the buyers to easily choose  the cryptocurrency  they intend to mine and set amount of hashing power without any restrictions
• The platform rental prices are automatically generated and refreshed every time  without depending on any third party intermediaries  hence affordable to the buyers
• The use of LUH toke promotes transparency of the platform  as it complies with the ERC-20 standards enabling the platform to secure the user’s information
• The platform team involved is adequate with full potential relevant to the project execution  based on their skills and experience related to the project requirements

CONS:

• The project white paper is not elaborate  lacking more information for the user’s  awareness about the project
• The LUH token is not easily exchangeable with fiat currency limiting the people in  remote  from buying the hashing power
• The amount of  funds  raised by the token during the pre-ICO stage  is not insured which can lead to its  loss

SUGGESTIONS:

• The platform white paper should be more detailed bearing the team involved and the roadmap
• The platform should set an insurance company  to secure the funds raised during the pre-sale stage
• The platform LUH tokens should be made exchangeable with  fiat to enable people in remote areas to use the platform

NOTE:

The platform enables buyers and sellers of hashing power to easily connect as kit creates a convenient and easy tool to use by all the crypto market participants enabling them to generate a greater profit. This makes the project viable and I would invest in it.

Differentiation: The platform differentiates itself from other mining pools by creating a marketplace for users to buy and sell hash power. Compared to marketplaces such as those from NiceHash, HashRental aims to make their marketplace decentralized by developing an escrow service and by using smart contracts with LUHN tokens.

Market Penetration Potential: The demand for a crypto-mining marketplace is uncertain due to the future development of consensus protocols. Although, for the time being, there is value with providing a decentralized marketplace for hash power as opposed to one which is centralized, such as NiceHash.

Solution Advantage: The strongest competitive advantage of the platform is that the platform is decentralized. Otherwise, the advantages of the platform is not evident.

Long-Term Vision: The overall purpose of the platform is to attempt to alleviate current issues with mining cryptocurrency. As more cryptocurrencies move to a more energy efficient consensus protocol, the platform will struggle to remain useful to users.
