My name is Mickael Damour and I'm an associate and COO of Flashmoni.
Internet of value just born with blockchain technology, and today it give us a unique opportunity to build a better world .
For me, Flashmoni is the most innovative and creative mix of distributed ledger technology, gold and advertising.
We have built the project to help everyone's lives and I believe we have the solution to solve the 4 major key-problems within the distributed ledger technology: cash-in, cash-out, volatility and merchant integration.

I'm the Flashmoni's Chief Marketing Officer. Being a journalist with a 25 year career and having served 6 years as a diplomat at the United Nations, the idea appealed to me right from the start.
I consider that the possibilities underlined by the project were (still are) huge and will indeed facilitate everyone's lives.
I feel happy to be part of a professional yet hearted team motivated by humane goals (not just money-driven), working towards the enhancement of others. I also feel good to be helping the financial inclusion process developed by Flashmoni, knowing that good practices undertaken by the company are being taken seriously, and am secure of my role due to the well-thought solutions in order to provide to contributors a solid (and rewarding) investment and a successful project.

My name is Ronald Egonda and I'm Flashmoni's Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With a strong background in the Banking and Airline industry, I have lived much of my technology life on the precipice of innovative and exciting technological solutions. Yet, Blockchain technology fascinates me in ways all of my previous technology experience could not. By working at Flashmoni, I'm finally having the ultimate opportunity and technology challenge to contribute to the "future of money" in the most unconventional and disruptive of ways. Am enjoying every single passing minute and second of this challenge.

I'm technical blockchain advisor and ERC20 token developer. Like a lot Flashmoni idea to bring stability in the crypto world, the main project advantage, IMO.

My role into Flashmoni is HR Manager.
For me Flashmoni is a new mindset mixing business and Humanism.

I am the Chief Innovation Officer of Flashmoni. It means to identify business opportunities, new partners, new business models and new structures to serve those innovations.
Regarding my background, I'm a French engineer, and thanks to my different jobs I've been living and working abroad (in Mexico, Brazil, Uganda and Egypt). I now speak Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and I have some notion of Arabic. I consider myself as a world citizen. I started in the private sector in hydropower plants and I then worked for a public development bank which commits financing and technical assistance in energy and water projects that genuinely improve everyday life in the world, both in developing and emerging countries.
This is why I joined Flashmoni. By living abroad I have come to realize that we all need to be equal and without financial services boarder.
According to me:
- Flashmoni will be the first company to provide financial services to everyone, including unbanked and under banked people in low income countries.
- Flashmoni will totally re-design the infrastructure and process of the global financial services industry.
- Flashmoni is an entire ECOSYSTEM and a philosophy of life, not only a cryptocurrency! It is also FlashCare !

It's the future for people considering themselves as world citizen !

I am the Public Relations Manager for Flashmoni. I am trilled to be part of a project that envisions to empower others. I am responsible for Pubic Relations strategy, manage the social media platforms, ensure Flashmoni's public image and core philosophy.

My role is as leader of the project's network outreach in Brazil.
I am a Blockchain enthusiast and got completely enthusiastic with the idea right after Serge, the CEO, showed me a long-term vision project, not a new cryptocurrency speculation, offering a gold-backed cryptocurrency. This has an even bigger impact in my country because Flashmoni's plan may bring better life conditions for the real gold miners here. It is amazing!
