Shift Money Start-up Challenge finalists selected

4 novembre 2019 RETOUR AUX COMMUNIQUÉS DE PRESSE

At the moment, their names are relatively unknown to the public, but it is realistic to expect that the best ones will become well known in the years to come. Some of the Start-ups, such as Bellabeat, Oradian and Photomath speak for themselves.  Their success started by winning at Shift Split Start-up Challenges of the same organiser. Now they have users are all over the world. Since the first Shift Money Start-up Challenge was held last year, last year’s winner Fractal Labs has not yet managed to realise such success, but they are well on their way to do so, knowing that in the meantime they got an investment from Deloitte. It is also worth pointing out that the Conference itself is a chance to attract investors, since it will be attended by representatives of the most famous funds such as Techstars, 500Start-ups, Plug and Play and the big Softbank.

The judges will closely monitor the presentation of the finalists, who will participate in the Shift Money Start-up Challenge. These are: Al tool for making investment decisions Pynk, a financial platform for energy communities - AMPnet, a real-time SaaS digital identity management platform - IDENTYUM, a tool for landlords and renters, that is, owners and sub-tenants - WORIG, the PayCek cryptocurrency payment service of the Electrocoin team, exchange offices - Valut, a digital identity management service - KnowMeNow. "The Start-up Challenge is the part of the Conference that we are most proud of, because through this competition we are at least a little help to the community, that is, young Start-ups who often make it an extra step on the road to success," said the Conference Director, Ivan Burazin.

The Start-up competition will of course only be a part of what awaits visitors at the Shift  Money Conference. Its focus will be lectures and panels on the future of money, that is, various FinTech projects that create the future of the financial industry.

During the two days of event, more than 1000 FinTech professionals are expected to attend, among other things, the fair featuring 50 FinTech Start-ups, companies, banks and other players in this field. Presenters and exhibitors are expected to include representatives of internationally renowned brands such as TranswerWise, Revolut and Ripple.
