Tanya Smith is a professional applied economist, trained at the London School of Economics. She formerly worked for the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank, conducting risk analyses and international emerging market research. Tanya has particular expertise in supply and value chain assessment, policy and regulatory landscape evaluations, and price and trend analysis. Tanya is a strong business leader and avid blockchain enthusiast. 

Dina Matterson is a Business Development Manager with the Business & Economic Development team at BC Hydro. Dina works to proactively attract new customers to British Columbia by identifying the barriers to locating in B.C., and working collaboratively with key BC Hydro business groups, governments and non-government organizations to develop solutions to remove those barriers. 

Amber Scott, Founder of Outlier Solutions Inc. Amber joined the compliance group at one of Canada’s largest insurers where she focused on the implementation of technology-based processes to streamline compliance. She joined a boutique compliance consulting firm, as well as a larger consulting firm, before launching Outlier Solutions Inc. (Outlier) in 2013. Outlier specializes in anti money laundering (AML) and counter terrorist financing (CTF), and privacy compliance.
