My role in the NOIZ project:
I am the CTO of NOIZ.

What I think about NOIZ:
NOIZ gives the control of online advertising back to the community, which is otherwise controlled by centralized agencies. Why we need NOIZ? To let community keep a check on drawbacks of centralized ad networks like:
- Google and Facebook blocking ICOs from their mainstream advertising (Community run Ad network would allow that)
- Cambridge Analytica like scandals can be kept at check by the community (an instance that was predicted by community members back in 2007)
- Blocking bad advertisers like National Firearms Association (NFA) from bumping up their ad budgets just after a mass shootout in a US school, killing 17 people.
- Blocking bad publishers who dwell upon FUDs or plagiarized content

Summary

If Noiz can convince consumers to participate in the network, then they will undoubtedly be successful. They have a great vision for connecting consumers and advertisers in an interactive and intuitive manner that is aided by artificial intelligence. It will give advertisers a whole new platform to advertise that is far more targeted than traditional digital marketing methods.
