The Earth’s Wallet Foundation (the “Foundation”) has been established as a private
charitable foundation whose sole allegiance is to the climate. As a venture philanthropy funding
vehicle, the Foundation will invest revenues generated from the sale of BlueMarble Coin (BMC),
Earth’s Cryptocurrency™, in companies on the cutting edge of developing new climate technologies
and to sponsor climatech development projects worldwide.

raise at least $1 Trillion to affect a distinct and measurable impact on climate change. These
funds, earned by capturing typical transaction fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions as

ICO – The creation of the structure for the Initial
Coin Offering including the following:
Creation of the ICO Token.
Creation of the BlueMarble white paper. The
white paper is the document which outlines the
Foundations mission, structure and purpose of
the coin and blockchain as well as future
development objectives such as wallet and
exchange services. In other words, the business
plan of the endeavour.
Creation of the ICO Website and Landing Page
where prospective token purchasers may find
more information and make a purchase.

January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022

ICO Drop. The ICO will have an opening date (the
ICO Drop date) where the purchasing of tokens can
commence. Once it Drops, it is anticipated the ICO
will be open for 90 days.

Creation of the core ecosystem functions: Blue
