Zenith Chain is a Hybrid innovative solution to bring programmability and interoperability. Zenith Chain relies on a system of 21 validators with Proof of Staked Authority (PoSA) consensus that can support short block time and lower fees. The most bonded validator candidates of staking will become validators and produce blocks. The double-sign detection and other slashing logic guarantee security, stability, and chain finality.
Zenith Chain also supports EVM-compatible smart contracts and protocols. Cross-chain transfer and other communication are possible due to native support of interoperability.
The Zenith Chain will be:
• A self-sovereign blockchain: Provides security and safety with elected validators.
• EVM-compatible: Supports all the existing Ethereum tooling along with faster finality and cheaper transaction fees.
• Interoperable: Comes with efficient native dual chain communication; Optimized for scaling high-performance DApps that require a fast and smooth user experience.
**How Many Zenith Coins Are There in Circulation?**
Zenith Coin currently has a circulating supply of 80,000,000 Zenith Coins and a max supply of 120,000,000 ZENITH.
**How Is Zenith Chain Secure?**
1. The Blockchain is EVM based Similar to Ethereum
2. It works on a consensus algorithm of 51% Majority is required to seal the block.
3. Our Blockchain has 24 nodes hosted on different servers. So, it is much secure.
Zenith Chain validators. Validators are responsible for validating transactions and generating blocks, ensuring the network’s security and the consistency of the ledger. In return, they receive rewards from the gas consumption of transactions.
Staking dApps on Zenith Chain(also named as system contract). There are several genesis contracts to help implement staking on Zenith Chain. Six classification groups of them:
Cross Chain Contract. It is the cross-chain communication layer. It will verify the sequence and Merkle proof of a cross-chain package.
System Reward contract. The incentive mechanism for relayers to maintain system contracts. They will get rewards from the system reward contract.
