Technical Info

unitalent will be based on the Ethereum blockchain, which will handle the smart contracts for project payments, referral payments, dispute resolution and more. The users' data, on the other hand, will be stored on secure private servers in Switzerland.

Bardia is a multinational serial entrepreneur and freelance economy expert. Since 2013 he has founded and built NZ Group with his team, which is at the forefront of connecting independent professionals with corporate clients. Bardia deployed his expertise in the freelance economy to initiate unitalent: a blockchain enabled platform that directly connects high-skill freelancers with corporate clients and disrupts a multibillion dollar market.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
I am responsible for the blockchain integration into our existing digital platform in order to ensure transparent and trustless financial transaction between our freelancers and our clients. I am excited to work on this promising idea that helps the freelancers own their work and eliminate unnecessary middle-men.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project? What do you think about idea?
As an editor and advisor my role is to structure and focus the narrative of unitalent by adding an outsiders viewpoint, making the storyline more fluid for stakeholders from different fields of business, as well as adding new ideas to the concept.
I strongly believe that the labour market all over the world is changing. Being a freelancer myself, I am excited to be part of this project. unitalent has the potential to democratise the labour market for women, minorities and also in the developing world.

Managing Marketing & Communication with such a great Team is a real pleasure! The founders are very high potentials, multi national and multi cultural and have years of own business experience. They are running a successful business in that field already!

This is compelling to me, since the founders are disrupting their own business. It is the frontier of the movement in the high-skill freelance market and thus, this project will be a huge success!
