Savvy

Savvy DeFi is a decentralized credit protocol on Arbitrum that grants borrowers access to an immediate advance on the future yield of their collateral with 0% interest and no monthly payments. Savvy removes the risk of liquidation by enabling users to borrow lines of credit that stay overcollateralized regardless of price volatility.

Not only are the credit lines (or loans) interest-free, but the borrower's liabilities (debt) shrink over time as the collateral earns yield. Users can deposit eligible base tokens that are correlated to USD, ETH, or BTC and borrow Savvy synthetic tokens, or svTokens, in the same unit of account (e.g. svUSD, svETH, svBTC). These svTokens can either be used in DeFi applications or swapped for base assets. Borrowers earn yield on deposits that automatically repay their debt.
