About RedFund

ID8 Capital is looking to raise USD 150 million with the purpose of acquiring and developing between 6 to 8 residential projects in highly urbanized areas across Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Colombia and Chile. Expected annual returns to investors are expected at 30%+.
