Thank you for a fantastic World Blockchain Conference Singapore 2018!

The World Blockchain Conference Singapore is officially over and we’d like to thank you for your support in making the conference a great success! 

The World Blockchain Conference has bought more than 800 regional and international attendees, including speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and participants. The high-profile Blockchain event in Singapore was held on July 17–18, featuring speakers from more than 20 countries at the Pan Pacific Hotel. 

The World Blockchain Organization, Singapore Fintech Association, Institute of Blockchain Singapore, Hong Kong International Blockchain and Financial Association were represented at the conference. Beyond Cryptocurrency, speakers from the finance, gaming, technology industry discussed a wide range of topics in the conference, and Blockchain application in human resource, health and gaming. 

Highlights of the conference included insights by Yi Ge Cai, General Manager of Blockchain from Tencent, on how the technology giant from China capitalizes on the technology; Ethereum Foundation, Tju Liang, General Counsel on the next era of the Blockchain and many more. Representatives from the Hong Kong International Blockchain & Financial Association, the Institute of Blockchain™ Singapore, blockchain companies had also come together to discuss on the application, policy and blockchain community in Asia. 

Throughout the two-day conference, the exhibition floor gave ample of opportunities to the exhibitors & industry people to forge their businesses. Here is the industry-wise attendee data. 

The conference also held the VIP Dinner on Day 1 & a vibrant networking after party on day 2 sponsored by Asian Capital Assets International Ltd.  It was a great evening for all of World Blockchain Conference’s speakers, sponsors and attendees to mix up & network with each other over drinks.

Overall, the attendees have gained deep insights and future trends of Blockchain in Asia and the west as well as it’s applications through all the sessions. Through the World Blockchain Conference, the blockchain industry in Asia had a great opportunity to get even closer!
