I am co-founder of F200 ASG Lawyers and owner of tulex GmbH. Within the law firm I leading the practice team „Intellectual Property Law“. As Approved Expert Lawyer for Intellectual Property Law I represent almost exclusively clients in the area of trademark, intellectual property, and design law as well as related areas of copy rights and competition law. My practice areas include representing and advising of proprietors of trade marks with developing trade mark strategies, contract drafting, extra-judicial and judicial prosecution of infringements, license matters, as well as tackling counterfeiting and piracy. I carry out a multitude of trademark registrations with the DPMA, HABM, the WIPO and various national trademark offices within the EU. Thus, our law firm has been ranked among the 10 best trade mark law firms since 2007. Besides, I represent proprietors of trade marks during opposition and cancellation proceedings with the trademark offices or designated courts and I am also in charge of the trademark portfolios of various corporations in the areas of telecommunications, cosmetic, medicine, outdoor, and product development. In addition, I conduct various seminars and in-house-trainings about trademark and competition law so that his colleagues can acquire expertise in this area.
