Pierre-J Hanard

I am a banker, turned entrepreneur and advisor to startups, accelerators (London, Boston, New York City, Singapore and Shanghai) and universities (MIT, Harvard, Cambridge and Oxford). Currently I am an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Citi Ventures, Entrepreneurship Expert at the University of Oxford and Startup Expert at The Startup Platform. As a “gentle troublemaker”, I enjoy supporting entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs from idea through launch and growth. I also sit on the Board of Advisors of startups in FinTech, FoodTech, AgriTech, Public Arts & Marketing, Healthcare. I advise them on platform strategy, business development, capital raising and partnership. I also serve as an expert and judge in different startup competitions in the UK, USA, China and Singapore. As a regular speaker on entrepreneurship, I am passionate about platform strategy on which I shared my view in an upcoming book on wealth management technology – The WealthTech Book (to be published by Wiley in June 2018).
