Ketki Sen

Ketki Sen is a Co-founder & Adviser at Spinta Global Accelerator, managing the operations in Singapore. The Spinta team’s mission is to foster entrepreneurship and accelerate success of startups by guiding them with a 360 degree approach. Ketki is a Fintech exponent with cross industry experience in BFSI and ITES/BPO working with large scale corporations and start-ups. She has experience in transformation and scaling of businesses through innovative use of technology at organizations such as Citibank and MphasiS. She has managed large change management programs, P&Ls, led cross-cultural global teams, opened new geographies, turned around a loss making region, worked with clients across the world, helped in building successful products, processes, partnerships and businesses from concept to market and been part of India’s story of leading the world to offshore. Ketki is also a passionate advocate of equality & inclusivity for all along with driving sustainable futures through financial education and developing entrepreneurial skills. Her love for the outdoors, new experiences and self-discovery takes her trekking, cycling, dabbling with theatre, poetry and travelling to new places as does her reading and yoga practice. Her mantra is to be an “everyday hero” in all that you do.
