When registering through the NFTimbre.com platform, Philaposte collects your email, name and other personal data necessary to register an account and order NFT stamps. This data is used exclusively to manage the account and process requests.
Storage period and user rights
The data is stored for 3 years after the user's last request. You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection to the use of data - through the form on the website or by mail.
Impossibility of deleting blockchain records
All NFT transactions are recorded on the Tezos blockchain. According to the GDPR and CNIL policy, the data placed on the blockchain is irreversible and cannot be changed or deleted.
Technological and environmental responsibility
Philaposte uses an energy-efficient chain based on Tezos (Proof-of-Stake), takes care of sustainable processing and minimizing the carbon footprint. The sustainable production of the physical label is supported by a solar panel factory with FSC certification.
Security and subject of the contract
Access to data is limited to authorized employees and protected by internal procedures. The user is obliged to keep the password secure and immediately report any compromise. In case of account closure, the data may be deleted, but the blockchain records will remain.
