About Loqul

Loqul is the Real Estate marketplace for cryptocurrency payments built on the Cardano blockchain where both tenants and landlords who want to pay and receive crypto can meet. Tenants are onboarded through a background check process and given an Identity NFT which allows them to interact with the marketplace. That way landlords can be sure that they are dealing with real & vetted interested future tenants. NFTs fundamentally change how ownership is stored and they improve person-to-person asset transactions. Here you can register your property for rent and receive secure payments through the Nami wallet. Monthly payments are registered through NFTs which work as receipts. Loqul leverages this experience with the use of the Cardano multi asset ledger.
