Leaseum Partners is raising a $250 million Fund to invest in New York City commercial real estate. Fund shares will be available as Blockchain-based digital shares or as traditional shares. Investors will benefit from quarterly dividends, redemption and voting rights. Trading of Leaseum digital securities at low cost is scheduled to be open 24/7/365 on regulated platforms, allowing investors to benefit from increased liquidity. Additionally, investors will not be locked for the traditional 5-10 year period, allowing investors to trade in and out of their holding. Lower investment minimums also mean easier access into US Commercial Real Estate for both accredited & institutional investors. All investors must pass KYC and AML whitelisting before becoming a unit holder. Investors will be able to benefit from both increased liquidity over a private fund and the return targets of Private Equity type investments.
