About Thomas Graham
Tom is the Managing Partner at TLDR, a leading crypto advisory firm and hedge fund with a presence in London, NYC, SF, Tokyo and HK. TLDR is a trusted advisor to many top 100 tokenisation projects and an innovator in crypto finance from TGEs to publicly-listed funds.
Tom is the co-founder of a number of tech companies: Map-D, Codec.ai, Media Protocol, Digital Future Council (DFC), Loki, and Two Shape. Via TLDR, Tom also advises a number of crypto projects, including Quantstamp, GBX, Gifto, IAMA, Cardstack, Kowala, Essentia, Qiibee, Constellation, etc.
Media Protocol and the Digital Future Council are leading crypto initiatives in the marketing/advertising industry. Media Protocol removes inefficiencies in the content/media distribution economy so that publishers can directly incentivise consumers to interact with their most interesting content. Codec.ai is a venture-backed content marketing analytics tool that tells brands and publishers the best content to make for their target audience. Tom founded MapD with a Todd Mostak at MIT. It is the world's fastest database and first GPU in-memory analytics engine. Backed by NEA, in-Q-Tel, NVIDIA and Google, it is based in SF. Clients include Verizon, the US Govt., and leading banks.
Tom was previously a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School focusing on the intersection between social networks, big data and law reform. He lived in China for many years, speaks Chinese and also practiced as a US capital markets attorney in Hong Kong. Originally from Melbourne, Australia.
