Two poles of interest: Science&Technology and Societal issues. I have been present in leading edges at both ends. Slowly it has converged in possitions at Government Information Society initiatives on societal issues, notably eLearning, although others as well: eHealth, eInclusion and Online Music. Finally I am active at European Union policy making, planning and programme implementation at these areas.
