About Max Gutbrod
In addition to my work in the professional field (amply described in the usual places, for instance the B&M website), my ambition has always been to be creative in both developing practices and understanding major regulatory trends. In the past, I have for instance been involved in setting up practices in restitution and (re-) privatisation as well as mining law during post-unification in Germany, the German desk, arbitration and securitisation practices in the Moscow market and am currently focussing on the restructuring, renewable energy and PPP practices.
