Kyle Headley

Kyle was contracted to head my Change and Service Management function in 2016. The function lacked the capacity to push ahead and generally needed fresh direction and a lift. Kyle quickly brought new enthusiasm into the team, setting the vision with an ITIL focused road map, creating a winning case for the resource needed to achieve the required outcomes and endearing himself to his team, peers and leadership in equal measure. Kyle evolved my change management process, establish incident management practices, service introduction, substantially improved our service and asset catalogues and stretched out into the core Scottish Government to seek opportunity shared tooling. An excellent 9 months that I would hope to repeat when role and budget allows.
