I have been involved in my own business for 35 years, in every facet from sales, marketing, engineering and operations. I have operated, purchased and maintain/rebuilt equipment ranging from simple lathes, grinders or presses to large complex multi-station hydraulic and pneumatic presses, cold and warm parts formers and material handling equipment. Designed tooling, engineered product and equipment as solutions to applications, supervised, trained hired and fired employees, made sales calls to customers, provided business plans, secured financing and insurances as needed dealt with all local, state and federal agencies for compliance issues. Have designed and installed turnkey systems for large fortune companies. This includes providing equipment, engineering, installation, training and maintenance of those systems. Have general contractor experience in the construction industry, erected both home and commercial buildings Have real estate experience ,managing, maintaining, and renting both commercial and residential properties..
