Hanging Trails

Hanging Trails is a community project to promote eco-socio-spiritual tourism by harnessing confluences of vernacular walking pathways to nurture the community as a role model in accomplishing Sustainable Community Livelihood & Wellness. The project aims at revitalizing traditional community knowledge and practices through innovative approaches such as ecotourism; cultural & spiritual underpinning by harnessing women's empowerment and entrepreneurship. The trail project involves promoting traditional arts, crafts, and practices, as well as providing opportunities for community members to share their knowledge and stories with visitors.

Vision: To create a network of environmentally conscious trails to connect people with nature, foster conservation values, and contribute to the well-being of both communities and ecosystems.

Mission: To harness the sustainability of community projects and public environmental stewardship by sharpening the social integrity of the community.

Goal: To construct the 1100 meters of the confluence of Blended Foot Trails in the Mountains of Nepal for the comfort of the community and the tourists visiting the hills. To bring a sense of closeness between human and nature by making it more accessible to humanity to live in greenery and in harmony with its surroundings.
