Randeep Melhi is the APAC Blockchain Lead for Synechron Consulting. As a founding member of KPMG’s blockchain practice in 2014, he helped banks in New York understand the impact of blockchain technology on their business. Randeep's previous experience at BlackRock as an asset manager allows him to marry blockchain technology to the old financial business models. He also advises blockchain companies from a variety of industries, from genomics to gaming and government applications.

The SINDA Youth Club (SYC) is a semi-autonomous organisation that engages Indian youth aged between 17 to 35 and aims to mould leaders of the next generation. Over the last 7 years, SYC has reached out to over 2,000 youth. We believe in empowering our youth through various initiatives so as to assist them to identify and act on the aspirations of the community and the nation. As one of the key initiatives steered by SYC, SYC Speak (previously known as the Distinguished Speakers Series) has been organised annually since 2010, and serves as a platform for youth to engage in insightful conversations with our country’s leaders, renowned persons and subject-matter experts.
