At our next event the panel of investors will focus on Early-Stage Venture Investing (VCs & Angel investors), and a fireside chat about ICO basics: How to meet investors, pitch them, and what it really takes to get them to write you a check! ICOs raised a global record 6.7 billion dollars in 2018 alone according to ICOdata.com. That's HUGE, but what exactly does that mean? Can anyone do an ICO? Should everyone? and what exactly is an ICO anyway? 
10 startups will be selected to present a 1-minute elevator pitch to the investor panel. If you would like an opportunity to pitch, email Stephen@fundingpost.com with your 1-minute pitch. 
We will be discussing trends in Early-Stage Investing, hot sectors, sectors that these Angels and VCs look at, things that are most important to them when they are considering an Investment, the best and worst things an entrepreneur can do to get their attention, additional advice for entrepreneurs considering an ICO, and, of course, the best ways to reach these and other Investors. We will also have companies currently running an ICO discussing their strategy, differences, best practices and how the process is working. 
There will be plenty of time for networking with the Investor panelists, both before and after the panels at the Cocktail Party!
