About DePIN Summit Africa

DePIN Summit Africa 2025 is a two-part event dedicated to exploring decentralized infrastructure's impact on local communities and emerging markets. The summit commences in Mombasa, Kenya, on July 2, 2025, and continues in Zanzibar, Tanzania, from July 4 to 5, 2025. Organized by EV3, Share, and Threefold, this gathering brings together leaders from the DePIN, crypto, and local innovation communities.

Attendees can expect keynote speeches, expert panels, breakout sessions in unique venues, live demonstrations of DePIN infrastructure, and a hackathon aimed at nurturing local engineering talent. The event also features the Proof of Coverage Podcast recorded on-site, providing insights into decentralized internet infrastructure.

In Zanzibar, the summit offers a blend of innovation and cultural experiences, including cocktail receptions and high-impact networking events set against a beachfront backdrop. This setting fosters deeper connections among participants while continuing the discourse on decentralized technologies.
