Breaking DePIN 2025 is a pioneering unConference that explores the intersection of Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) and Artificial Intelligence. Scheduled for September 16–17, 2025, at Trust Square in Zurich, Switzerland, this event delves into how tokenized incentives, decentralized governance, and community ownership are transforming global infrastructure. With over 30 speakers and 200+ innovators, the conference will cover key areas such as energy grids, sensor networks, compute & storage, and telecom networks. Participants will engage in a unique format combining traditional presentations with open, participant-driven sessions, fostering collaborative discussions on governance, policy, and ethics in the DePIN ecosystem. 

The unConference is designed to facilitate actionable outcomes, with attendees shaping the agenda live and contributing to a collective understanding of DePIN's potential. The event aims to bridge the gap between academia, industry leaders, DePIN startups, and the Web3 community, providing a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
