The bi-annual World Investment Forum, which will be held from October 20-25, 2018 at the Palais des Nations – United Nations Headquarters in Geneva, is the top global gathering of trade and investment policy makers and their stakeholders.
Room XIX Palais des NationsBlockchains for Sustainable Development is the UN’s first day-long event on blockchain and cryptocurrencies which will be held on Wednesday, October 24th within the World Investment Forum, in Room XIX of the Palais des Nations.
The morning session will cover blockchain applications as they relate to the activities of the governments and corporations that will be attending, and the afternoon will be about the policy and regulatory issues that are also key to the advancement of the technology.
This conference is an opportunity to meet those in government who are actively engaging with, or considering engaging with blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, and the corporations and organizations who are actively implementing these technologies.
