Blockchain technology is having a significant and positive impact on the lives of many people. DigitalTown is working with with residents and visitors to Austin to help them search, shop and connect directly with local businesses and communtities.
In this session we will share our journey to introduce verified permanent digital identities, blockchain based shared ownership of City Platforms through local CityShares, and how CityTokens can help to energize the local community and support a peer-to-peer economy.
