Started as an outsourcing and outstaffing company, then quickly realized that remote teams are a better way to satisfy our client’s needs and switched to an outstaffing model only. Now Qubit Labs actively develops this service and its varieties: remote dedicated team, ODC, IT staff augmentation, BPO services, turnkey R&D setup, and headhunting.

You can focus on and control every aspect of the project software development. While you manage and control the process, we run back-office, recruiting, solve administration questions, and manage HR processes, accounting, and legal issues.

Our Qubit Labs team counts more than 95 employees, including teams we have hired for our clients. We are proud to cooperate with companies worldwide. Nowadays, we have 37+ clients from more than 18 countries, and we have closed over 450 vacancies for our customers.

More than a year ago Qubit Labs created the social project “Women in Tech”. It is a society from women to women who want to build their careers in the tech industry. We aim to break the myths about the IT industry and bring more women into the IT field. Qubit Labs provides different kinds of educational activities for women as a part of this project. More than 75 events for women were organized by our social project Women in Tech; more than 140,000 people attended our events.
