After years in real estate private equity and product development, our co-founders, Mo Shaikh and Corbin Page bumped into each other at ConsenSys in 2017 and bonded over a shared interest in entrepreneurship and blockchain. Over coffee strolls around Bushwick, the pair shared their latest blockchain accomplishments: Corbin launched the first real estate blockchain platform in Dubai while Mo led one of the first security token frameworks for Ethereum. The duo realized they could band these experiences to change the real estate industry and Meridio was born.
