EIIS Management Limited are proud to present The Goodbody EIIS Funds. EIIS Management Limited, the Manager of the Fund, is a joint venture company owned by Goodbody and Baker Tilly.

EII stands for the Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme, which is a scheme set in place by the Revenue Commissioners to encourage investments in small and medium sized companies here in Ireland. The scheme offers Income Tax Relief of up to 40% to investors in the Fund. The Management Team are based in Dublin and are available to discuss what is available to both investors and Irish companies looking to raise capital.
