EOS Costa Rica

Block producers provide the infrastructure required to run the EOS Blockchain. EOS Costa Rica is an initiative of Sistemas Edenia Internacional S.A. (EDENIA), a Costa Rican IT company founded in 1987 as the country’s first BBS service. We have been online since then and have acquired decades of experience managing our own server farm. After studying and investing early in Dan Larimer’s projects BitShares and Steem, we were convinced to serve the EOS community by offering our hard work, knowledge and resources from Costa Rica to the world.

Provide the EOS platform with geographical and political diversity by operating the most robust, independent, bare-metal Block Producer possible from Costa Rica. We pledge to leverage our talent, experience, and sustainable resources to meet this challenge.

We believe that technology is only as good as the people and intentions behind it. We want EOS to be decentralized, promote freedom, cut inefficiencies in government, help sustainable development, secure censorship-resistance, increase individual sovereignty and advance citizen advocacy. Each of the projects we promote must provide a "Proof of Impact" in the advancement of democracy.
