beets&roots was founded by a star chef and another co-founder in 2016. The inspiration? The lack of freshly prepared and healthy lunch alternatives in Germany. The motivation? To become a go-to place for delicious, seasonal and nutrition-conscious food.

We are German with an international flair: it starts with our international team and ends with our dishes inspired from all over the world. beets&roots was born in 2016 and now has 7 restaurants in Berlin, Frankfurt & Hamburg.
