Fundraising structure:

ROLE OF TOKEN: ERC20 token. Token holders are eligible for a proportional share of net profit of the Biotek plant (ABIOGroup) 
SYMBOL: ABI
TOTAL VOLUME: 30 000 000 (including bonuses)
FOR SALE: 30 000 000 (no new tokens will be issued)
PRICE: $1 for ABIO Coin in accordance with exchange rates at the moment of transaction creation (+-10 min)
STORAGE METHOD: Investor account, ERC20 wallet 
DISTRIBUTION PERIOD: from 08.09.2017 to 08.10.2017
ACCEPTED CURRENCIES: BTC, ETH
Please note that the total amount issued is 30 000 000 tokens. However, as soon as $20 000 000 limit will be reached (excluding bounty campaign), all other tokens will be burnt.
Tokens will be distributed to holders within 5 days after ICO ends.


Bonus distribution:

The distribution of bonuses within the framework of   ABIO Coin Pre-ICO and the ICO will be conducted in the following way: 
At the stage of PRE-ICO ABIO tokens for the sum of $360 000 (with 40% discount) will be sold i.e., 1 ABIO Coin will be offered for $0.6 and the total quotation of tokens at this stage will equal to 600 000. In case the necessary amount needed is not reached, the campaign to raise funds will continue in normal mode, and more tokens will be available at the ICO stage. 
 
During the main campaign for raising funds, the following terms will be offered (in the framework for compensation to first participants):
 
1 DAY:          15% discount
2 - 5 DAYS:   10% discount
6 - 10 DAYS:  5% discount
 
During  the subsequent days no  discount will  be granted.
