Tokenization allows for the pooling of resources from lots of people to take advantage of opportunities to invest in Venture Capital. Normally the average person is not allowed to invest in Start-Ups until after they go public.

Quantum Advisors is building a global investment fund utilizing blockchain technology. The Quantum (QTM) token will be backed by the pool of investments made by Quantum.

The audits will also serve to enhance underlying value of the QTM token, much like investor calls help to move the price of stocks like Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, etc.
