Whilst blockchain is inherently secure, all systems are only as strong as their weakest link. More often than not, this weak link is the human element. Couple that with a lack of regulation in the sector, and we have the perfect conditions for bad actors to thrive. Instead of trusting third parties to honour their word, Lokr is developing transparent products that aren’t subject to human error, greed or trust. We aspire to remove human dependency and introduce governance through code.
Simplicity
The complexity of the space makes it difficult for newcomers to get their heads around what is going on. Many projects are developing platforms for developers that don’t always translate into everyday, tangible products and services for end-users. Even when they do, the user experience is often lacking. Lokr has taken a user-centric approach to the design and development of products, intending to make them accessible to users at all levels.
Adoption
There is a lot of talk about what blockchain can do for enterprises, but only a few major corporations have publicly entered the space. Lokr believes that the way to mass market adoption and scaling our business is through enterprise, which is why we are taking an API-driven approach to the development of products and services. By allowing simple and efficient integration to our platform, we aim to become an on-ramp for traditional businesses looking to enter the crypto space.
