Oleg Pridiuk

A while ago, I was helping one of the studios make a transition to cross-platform releasing (they were stuck just with PC, and their old engine that just wouldn't port well). I reached out to Oleg and his help was swift, his consultations right to the point, and his commitment unwavering. Some time later I was organising a series of industry networking events in RUS/CIS (#GamesNight), and wondered if Unity would care to join? Since then, Oleg and me have done events together in Moscow, St.Petersburg, Kiev, you name it, and I always thought myself lucky that I have the pleasure of dealing with someone as modern and as great at communication as Oleg. Oleg speaks a number of languages, including Russian, but it's hard to tell where he comes from because he's one of these "international people" who read and travel to extensively that they are "local" to almost any group of people. I value that a lot, as it makes Oleg into a great collaborator. He is a trusted person in the RUS/CIS development community, he holds himself up to a very high professional standard, and he works a lot. I'm sure that he's got great things coming his way and I'll be happy to work with Oleg at any opportunity that will present itself in my own career!
