I am a resourceful and target-oriented professional with core strengths in driving sales
operations by planning and implementing high-level marketing strategies and campaigns. I
have demonstrated skills in developing a variety of sales techniques and implementing
situational approaches to achieve business targets. I have displayed outstanding success in
acquiring new clients and building relationships with key stakeholders.
In my current role with Dacha Real Estate, Dubai, I am playing a key role in providing real
estate sales service to clients from a range of nationalities. I am managing complete
property purchase procedure starting from initial client enquiry through to final sales deal.
I have successfully closed sales deals with both local and international banks, real estate
developers and the Dubai government.
Prior to this, I played a key role in developing customised products and devising marketing
campaigns to drive business growth. This has included assessing client needs and liaising
with distributors to develop bespoke products of proposed design. I also contributed to
creation and distribution of all promotional materials for trade shows across the globe.
I am extremely passionate about capital market trading and consultancy services.
I possess knowledge of strategic long term investments, cryptocurrencies and IPO/ICO stock/token options. I have also undertaken a project on cryptocurrency to learn more about market trends, currency future, blockchain transactions and currency mining.
