Miroslav Pantaleev

Miroslav received M.Sc. in EE from the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria, in 1995, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, in 2000 and 2006, respectively. During his PhD he was involved in number of projects as for example beam measurement characterization for HIFI Instrument of Herschel satellite and design and tests of SIS and HEB mixer for the APEX telescope. As Head of the Electronic Laboratory, he is responsible for the design, integration and testing of radio-astronomical equipment. His main areas of research are low noise cryogenic amplifiers and mixers, feeds for reflector antennas, passive microwave components as well as system integration.
