Luc Seufer

Acting as Chief Legal Officer for a leading group of online business-related services providers including domain name registration, hosting and telecommunication services, online marketing and advertising, and e-commerce solutions. Luc is an in-House Legal Counsel specialized in Business and IP Law who provides legal counsel and business guidance in English and French.
 His main responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service agreements, partnership agreements, consumer contracts and licensing agreements, advising on new product and service development and marketing, handling labor and employment related matters, advising on Internet policy matters, insuring compliance with industry regulations, and the enforcement of intellectual property rights. Luc also acts as company secretary for each entity of the DCL Group.
