With experiences ranging across the spectrum of management disciplines, the primary focus has been in classical programme management through, more recently, to modern commercial management. More specifically: - in Telecommunications: covering all aspects of programme and commercial management from network infrastructure procurement, build and deployment through to product and service specification, deployment and End User delivery; - in International Relations: ranging from international programme management in Europe, Asia and Africa through to Leadership Development planning and delivery across Europe; - in Programme Management: managing and delivering complex business programmes within and across Government and Private Sector organisations, for example, British Council, Prudential, Vodafone Limited and Group).
